Terms Of Agreement

AGREEMENT TO APPEAR ON PossibiliTV

I hereby grant to Jenev Caddell International, LLC, the producer of PossibiliTV, the right and permission to record, use, publish, stream, sell, or otherwise distribute any audio or video interview with me. Such right and permission includes, but is not limited to, my name, recorded voice or video, photograph or likeness, biographical information, handouts or any material based upon or derived therefrom.

I hereby acknowledge that Jenev Caddell International, LLC is the sole owner of all rights in and to my interview and PossibiliTV, and the recording thereof, for all purposes; and has the right, among other things, to distribute the Program one or more times by any medium or mode of transmission whatsoever. Any materials relating to the production and distribution of the Program become property of Jenev Caddell International, LLC.

I agree that during the course of the interview I have not violated the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to copyrights, rights of privacy, trade secrets, and non-disclosure agreements, and that in the event of any breach of any of these warranties, that I will defend and hold Jenev Caddell International, LLC harmless and without indemnity against any such claims. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

I further acknowledges and agree:

1. I will receive no compensation for appearances on and participation in PossibiliTV.
2. My name, image and likeness may be used in advertising and promotional material for PossibiliTV.
3. I hereby release and discharge Jenev Caddell International, LLC together with all of its principals, shareholders, officers, employees, agents, successors, heirs, assigns and affiliates from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, transmitting by any means or otherwise using the above-mentioned production.
